大致剧情：

片断一：  
      允的病情再次恶化，恩彩驱车赶往医院。她在心里想：允啊，就一次让我……就一次让我的爱情……也变得幸福，可以吗？  
      在医院大厅，很多记者围住恩彩：“是宋恩彩小姐！听说崔允现在处于昏迷状态，很危险，对此说一句好吗？”  
      恩彩答道：“允……”（恩彩感觉不对，连忙改口说）“崔允……一定会回复健康的……”  
      这时，武赫出现在医院大厅，远远地看到了恩彩。  
      恩彩继续说道：“……会重新健康地站起来的。”这时，恩彩看到了不远处的武赫。  
      记者：“宋恩彩小姐，再说一句吧，再说一句吧……宋恩彩小姐，宋恩彩小姐……”  
      恩彩发现武赫正悄然离去，连忙追了出去……  


片断二：智英在机场等待武赫一起去德国治病。  
       智英：“飞机快起飞了，怎么还不来？”  
       智英接到武赫打来的电话：“Hello，武赫，是武赫吗？怎么还不来啊？到哪里了？飞机快起飞了！”  
       智英脸色突变：“啊？武赫！……”智英无力地垂下拿着手机的手……  

片断三：武赫去世一年后，恩彩来到澳洲，与智英见了一面。

原因是几个同学都说很好看。
可是看了点后，还是觉得不怎么样啊。
跟网上说的韩剧套路一样：不是生病就是猛哭……
